ABOUT SPEAKER
David is the Director of Diversity and Belonging at AirBnb, where he leads the strategic vision of diversity programming throughout the global organization to include recruitment, retention, engagement, anti-discrimination and community outreach. Before joining AirBnb, David served as the Director of the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity for the Peace Corps. Prior to joining the Peace Corps, David served as the Chief of Diversity Management and Outreach for the US Department of State where he advised Secretaries of State Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton. David started his career as both an attorney and teacher before transitioning full-time to diversity. Originally from the Philadelphia area, David is an unapologetic champion of all things Philly.
