My sense is that in general when you’re evaluating ideas, it’s important to imagine the state of success. If you take your idea and you say that you imagine that the market was everybody’s somehow, what would success look like then? I think that allows you to focus on the upside and especially when you’re starting a company, it’s much more important to focus on the possible upside than on the possible downside. So that would be my advice: take that idea and apply to everybody on the planet and see where you get to.
