Where can I find advisors and how do I approach them?

The best way to find advisors is to look around at other successful companies, your peers, and ask them who gave them the best advice and have them introduce you to those advisers. Look through a community of trust and success. Success follows success and so look for other successful entrepreneurs, even successful venture capitalist who can introduce you to people that will help you earlier in your business than even your first Venture around.
